The support staff is the backbone of a veterinary practice. Staff members at Mueller Pet Medical Center are proud to be part of our highly-trained, knowledgeable and caring team.Hospital Administrator: The Administrator is in charge of human resources, coordinating staff training and hospital finances. He helps develop policy, mediates staff-client relations, and is the hospital "problem-solver." Office Manager: The Office Manager works in conjunction with the Hospital Administrator to facilitate daily Veterinarian-Client communication and finances for our hospitalized pets, manage staff training and implement hospital policies. She also acts as our primary computer "guru". Reception Staff: Those friendly and knowledgeable voices on the phone and the smiling faces that greet you when you arrive at the hospital belong to our fantastic front office staff. They strive to provide excellent information and superior service to you and your pet. Technical Staff: The technical staff is responsible for the majority of the animal nursing, and well as client education, surgical assistance, radiology, minor procedures and much more. Our licensed RVT's have received advanced training in nursing, dentistry and anesthesia; they work as a team with the veterinary assistants to facilitate the veterinarian's plan for your pet's health. Our emergency technicians are experienced in triage and emergency situations, and are prepared to help you 24 hours a day. Ward Attendants: As the "Hospitality Staff" of our boarding facility, the ward attendants make every effort to ensure your pet's stay is comfortable, clean and enjoyable. They are primarily responsible for maintaining the hospital in its spic-and-span condition, and have the enviable task of playing with those dogs and cats receiving TLC boarding care! Groomers: Our grooming staff provides quality coiffures in a safe and caring environment, and has the training to recognize many conditions which may require veterinary care.
